KCE supplied ArtsQuest survey support (pre-survey calculations, plan review, file conversion, benchmark establishment, and field layout of column lines) for horizontal and vertical control at ArtsQuest’s SteelStacks Campus and the Performing Arts Center sites. The Performing Arts Center is a four-story steel and glass structure that houses live music, films, festivals and various celebrations year-round on the grounds of the former Bethlehem Steel plant.
