Three years after the main St. Luke’s Anderson Campus opened in the Fall of 2011. KCE prepared the Land Development plans and secured all required governmental approvals for a 75,000 square-foot medical office building located to the west of the main campus.
As the Site Engineers of Record for St. Luke’s University Health Network's Anderson Campus in Bethlehem Township, KCE prepared the Land Development plans and secured all required governmental approvals for the most recent expansion project on the Campus. This project consisted of a 175,000 square-foot Women’s and Babies Hospital Expansion that provides 98 new beds for patient care.
Keystone Consulting Engineers, Inc. prepared the Land Development plans for this parking lot expansion and renovation project that completely transformed the appearance and functionality of the Church parking facilities. As a part of that process, KCE also prepared a master campus plan to serve as a “roadmap” to help guide the Church in future campus development decisions.
KCE performed an in-depth GIS (Geographic Information System) analysis and design for this large subdivision and land development project, which involved extensive construction stakeout and other surveying services over several years.
KCE supplied survey support (pre-survey calculations, plan review, file conversion, benchmark establishment, and field layout of column lines) for horizontal and vertical control at ArtsQuest’s SteelStacks Campus and the Performing Arts Center sites.
KCE completed the design, permitting and construction of several roadway paving and upgrade projects for Indian Mountain Lake Civic Association. The projects also included the installation of new roadway pavement throughout the development along with the design, permitting and layout of various drainage improvement projects.
