Slate Heritage Trail Master Plan

Keystone Consulting Engineers, Inc. (KCE) prepared the master plan for 3.5 miles of the Slate Heritage Trail as part of a project partially funded by DCNR. Work included all aspects of planning and design of the trail and accessory facilities. The project included overseeing the design and construction of two (2) bridge crossings requiring joint permits from PA-DEP and the US Army Corps of Engineers. KCE was also responsible for the creation of interpretive signage along the trail.
