Tuskes Community Park is a 52-acre multi-use recreational facility in Upper Nazareth Township. The park was originally developed as part of a public-private partnership between the Township and a private developer. Keystone Consulting Engineers, Inc., in its capacity as Township Engineer, collaborated with the developer to develop the program and layout of the park.
In 2010, KCE completed a master landscape and walking trail plan. Major improvements to the park were completed in 2011 and 2012 with grant funding KCE helped secure for the Township. KCE was responsible for overall planning of various improvements, which included construction of new stormwater management facilities, ADA compliant walking trails, a two-court basketball court, landscaping, and path lighting with automated control systems. KCE prepared construction and bid specification documents, provided comprehensive bid administration and construction management services, and provided construction inspection and survey stake-out for the project.
