Cetronia Ambulance Corps. – Joint Operations Facility

Keystone Consulting Engineers, Inc. prepared the Land Development plans for this high-profile project that included 68,000 square-foot Joint Operations Facility that was delivered via a cooperative partnership between the Cetronia Ambulance Corps. and Lehigh County.  KCE designed the parking and driveway layout, site grading, stormwater management facilities, and sewer/water services for this project.  KCE also secured the required environmental permitting from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection that necessitated the design of a spray-irrigation system as a means to provide groundwater recharge and water quality treatment.
