Our team performed surveying, construction stake-out, permitting, developed plans and specification and contract documents, inspection and contract administration.
The Lowhill Township bridge project was an open grate steel beam bridge devastated in a severe tropical storm resulting in the closure of Bear Road. KCE’s team performed surveying, construction stake-out, permitting, developed plans and specifications and contract documents, inspection and contract administration. The 50′ span resulted in KCE choosing a precast concrete arch system by Contech. This bridge was chosen for its aesthetically pleasing character in this rural setting.
The Township will be well served by this new structure for a very long time, with little or no maintenance, and keeping the Township roads open and fully functioning.
