Three years after the main St. Luke’s Anderson Campus opened in the Fall of 2011. KCE prepared the Land Development plans and secured all required governmental approvals for a 75,000 square-foot medical office building located to the west of the main campus.
As the Site Engineers of Record for St. Luke’s University Health Network's Anderson Campus in Bethlehem Township, KCE prepared the Land Development plans and secured all required governmental approvals for the most recent expansion project on the Campus. This project consisted of a 175,000 square-foot Women’s and Babies Hospital Expansion that provides 98 new beds for patient care.
Keystone Consulting Engineers, Inc. prepared the Land Development plans for this parking lot expansion and renovation project that completely transformed the appearance and functionality of the Church parking facilities. As a part of that process, KCE also prepared a master campus plan to serve as a “roadmap” to help guide the Church in future campus development decisions.

The new facility occupies an environmentally sensitive site adjacent to the Monocacy Creek, much of it in the floodplain.
