Moravian College Dormitory

Keystone Consulting Engineers, Inc. (KCE) provided comprehensive land development services to design and obtain requisite permits for a new dormitory at Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA. The new facility occupies an environmentally sensitive site adjacent to the Monocacy Creek, much of it in the floodplain. KCE oversaw site development engineering, the land development approvals process, and obtained all necessary environmental permits required to make this project feasible. KCE worked closely with the building’s architect and landscape architect to create a low impact development design utilizing natural plantings to meet run-off quality standards.
